PD-14Y Hydraulic Mining Drill Truck, drilling equipment is used in tunneling , underground mining , coal mine, metal mine and other fields of roadway, tunnel excavation required blasting hole and support with bolt drilling operations.
For small tunnels, mechanization is realized, which is suitable for cross-section sizes (width × height) ranging from 1.8m × 2.0m to 3.8m × 3.8m. The trolley is equipped with wireless remote control for the entire vehicle, automatic leveling drill arm, anti-stuck drill, anti-air drilling, hole opening and other hydraulic control systems, cable towing devices and multi-specification brand hydraulic rock drills to achieve multi-position angle accurate and efficient drilling operations in tunnels.

5. Main configuration of the product

6. Product advantages
At present, the excavation work of small tunnels (within 3m×3m) in coal and non-coal metal mines is still using traditional manual pneumatic drilling, which has a harsh working environment, high labor intensity and low safety factor. At the same time, the mechanized excavation equipment at home and abroad, namely the hydraulic excavation drilling vehicle equipment, is relatively large in size and is mostly used for excavation work in main tunnels and tunnels (above 17㎡), and cannot enter small tunnels for operation. In summary, in order to solve the construction difficulties of small tunnel excavation and respond to the relevant national policies of "automation to replace people, mechanization to reduce people", our company independently developed the CMJ1-14Y mining hydraulic excavation drill to replace the traditional manual pneumatic drill and truly realize mechanized operation. The main advantages and characteristics of this equipment are as follows:
(1) The excavation drill adopts the remote control system of the whole vehicle, removes the cab of the traditional drill, reduces the height of the fuselage, and reduces the fuselage, which truly realizes the mechanized operation requirements of small tunnels (within 3m×3m) excavation blastholes;
(2) Remote control operation within the visible range is adopted to solve the operation and line of sight limitations of operators in the cab, and increase the flexibility and safety factor of operators in small tunnels;
(3) The small fuselage is small in length, width and height, and the turning radius of the whole machine is within 3.0m, which is flexible and convenient to move;
(4) The vehicle adopts a proportional and anti-stuck drill control system, which greatly reduces the failures such as stuck rods and broken rods caused by factors such as rock cracks and faults, improves the operation efficiency and reduces the difficulty of personnel operation.
(5) The vehicle uses an automatic leveling drill arm to achieve horizontal operation of the drill arm, reducing the time for adjusting the hole angle, greatly reducing the auxiliary drilling time, and improving operation efficiency.
(6) High-efficiency rock drilling: The equipment can be equipped with domestic/imported hydraulic rock drills for drilling operations. It is suitable for rock hardness of f6-16. At the same time, when the rock hardness is f8, the drilling speed is 0.8-1.5m/min, which is 3-5 times that of traditional manual pneumatic drills;
(7) Energy saving and environmental protection: The hydraulic rock drill adopts hydraulic drive, the whole machine power is low, the energy consumption is only 1/3 of the pneumatic drill, and the operating noise is about 10dB lower than the traditional pneumatic drill;
(8) The excavation drilling vehicle adopts pure electric drive, and can be equipped with a towing cable device to increase the non-stop travel distance of the drilling vehicle, solve the problem of diesel-powered exhaust emissions of traditional drilling vehicles, and solve the problem of harsh working environment caused by exhaust emissions in small tunnels;
(9) Safe and reliable: The whole machine can be controlled in a static hydraulic environment, and remote control operation keeps the operator away from the working face, with a high safety factor and low failure rate.
